Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment division, is acquiring 100% of Kingsbet CZ to enter the Czech Republic’s regulated B2C online gaming market, subject to regulatory approval.

Greentube will take full ownership of Kingsbet, the online arm of land-based operator Kings Entertainment A.S., pending regulatory clearance and other conditions.

The move shifts Greentube from a content supplier to a direct online operator in one of Central Europe’s fastest-growing iGaming markets.

The Czech online market has grown rapidly, with 2025 online gambling accounting for about 59.2% of CZK 68 billion (roughly EUR 2.7 billion) in GGR, illustrating strong online revenue growth in a regulated framework.

Kingsbet CZ began operating in the regulated Czech iGaming market in 2024, powered by Bragg Gaming’s platform.
