Rockstar Games has opened the preload window for Grand Theft Auto VI, letting digital buyers install the game starting November 12 so they’re ready for launch.

Physical copies will not match digital early access, as they require waiting for shipping and a download code to begin installation.

GTA VI will be offered in Standard Edition, with the Ultimate Edition adding extra single-player content and priced near $100 (roughly INR 9,538).

Preorders are underway, with fans awaiting a gameplay-focused trailer and details on the final download size, which is expected to be substantial.

The release is shaping up to be Rockstar’s biggest and most ambitious open-world game yet, with ongoing updates anticipated ahead of launch.

The official launch date is November 19, with preloads for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S starting at midnight local time on November 12, giving players a seven-day window to install.
