The Great Flood has launched its first multiplayer Closed Beta Test for Meta Quest, giving players an early chance to experience the mixed reality real-time strategy game ahead of its planned Q4 2026 release.

In the beta, players can pursue progression and customization, unlocking new characters, building squads from 10 troop types, and upgrading mythical monsters for additional tactical options.

The beta includes a tutorial and real-time squad-based combat mechanics, letting players deploy units by placing troops directly onto the mixed reality battlefield from their arm.

Developed by SoulFire Studio Team with LingVision Games, the beta focuses on multiplayer competition, including 1v1 and 2v2 matches to test online gameplay stability and balance.

The Closed Beta is open to all Meta Quest owners with applications open while spaces remain, running for two weeks and concluding on August 18, 2026; participant feedback will shape the game's launch later in 2026.
