Minitab LLC has acquired DataLabs Inc. (formerly Eretec Inc.) to strengthen its analytics and operational excellence capabilities in South Korea.

Minitab outlines its suite of solutions—Minitab Statistical Software, Real-Time SPC, Minitab Connect, Prolink, Effex, and Simul8—with a global reach in more than 100 countries.

The press release stresses that the acquisition does not affect DataLabs’ commitments to its customers; clients will continue working with the DataLabs team while gaining access to Minitab’s broader portfolio and global support.
