3E announces the acquisition of Yordas Group to broaden its global regulatory content leadership and deepen its product compliance and AI-driven solutions.
The deal expands 3E’s capabilities into cosmetics, automotive, and polymers, and strengthens its worldwide regulatory coverage in chemicals and manufacturing.

Yordas Group is based in Lancaster, UK, with operations in Germany, Canada, Türkiye, and Japan, delivering scientific consulting, regulatory content, regulatory intelligence, product compliance, and hazard communication services.
Yordas brings more than a decade of in-house scientific and technical expertise and will manage REACH registrations for over 100 multinational companies under ISO 9001, 27001, and 14001 systems.
Yordas has extensive experience in full dossier development, data sharing, and regulatory liaison with authorities such as ECHA, supporting REACH registrations for a large client base.
