ADIO and AACCI Forge Path for Australian Firms to Thrive in Abu Dhabi's Market
November 6, 2025
ADIO and AACCI described a mutual commitment to making Abu Dhabi a gateway for growth across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, with AACCI mobilising its network to unlock export, investment, and partnership opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
Under the ADIO-AACCI agreement, AACCI will assist Australian companies in navigating Abu Dhabi’s market, connecting with local corporates and investors, and organizing business delegations to Abu Dhabi.
The UAE Ambassador to Australia framed the forum as a practical platform to translate CEPA momentum into concrete joint projects, with emphasis on energy and food security, digital transformation, and sustainable infrastructure.
The UAE Embassy in Canberra hosted the third annual UAE Investment Showcase to highlight co-investment opportunities with Australia and CEPA priority sectors, with participation from Australian and UAE leaders.
The event featured two main sessions: CEPA-focused investment opportunities in data centres, AI, food and agriculture, green energy, infrastructure, and strategic minerals; plus guidance on entering and scaling in the UAE market, including incentives, financing, and regulatory considerations.
The forum coincided with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties and followed a strategic ADIO-AACCI partnership to ease Australian entry into Abu Dhabi’s high-growth sectors through market intelligence exchange, joint events, and delegation programs.
ADIO is leading a high-level trade delegation to Sydney to broaden Abu Dhabi’s investment footprint in Australia, engaging family offices, corporations, and innovation hubs across sectors such as advanced manufacturing, sustainable technologies, food security, and life sciences.
Several MOUs were signed to reinforce bilateral cooperation, including ADIO with AACCI, ADIO with Forbes Australia, and ADIO with the National Reconstruction Fund and Investment NSW.
