Metallica is set to perform at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York, on April 19, 2025, marking one of the largest concerts in the venue's history with over 46,000 tickets sold.

To ensure safety, metal detectors will be in use, and prohibited items include weapons, food, beverages, and large bags.

Concertgoers are advised to arrive early due to expected heavy traffic, with Syracuse police implementing one-way traffic measures for better access.

This concert is part of Metallica's M72 world tour and represents their only New York stop for the year.

Limited tickets are still available through platforms such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, and Vivid Seats, with prices starting around $83.

With this event, the venue will host its second-largest concert crowd, following The Who's performance in 1982, which attracted 47,319 fans.

Parking lots will open at 10:30 AM on concert day, and shuttle bus services will commence from Lally and Skytop starting at 11:30 AM.

The concert will feature an in-the-round stage setup and will include performances by opening acts Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies.

A Metallica pop-up shop will operate at the Westcott Theater on April 18 and 19, featuring exclusive merchandise and a chance to win Snake Pit Passes.

Fans can also attend a sneak preview of Metallica's new documentary, 'Metallica Saved My Life,' on April 18 at Regal Destiny USA, with limited seats available.

The Dome will enforce a cashless policy for parking and merchandise, along with a clear bag policy allowing only one clear bag and one small clutch.

Doors for the concert will open at 2 PM for enhanced ticket package holders and at 4 PM for general attendees, with the show starting at 6 PM.
