This European expansion is supported by Nebius, a cloud provider that ensures compliance with EU regulations, including GDPR and the AI Act, thereby maintaining digital sovereignty.

The project utilizes high-quality real and synthetic video data to train Vision Language Models (VLMs), which will aid in traffic management and infrastructure planning.

Milestone is pioneering the use of NVIDIA's Omniverse Blueprint for Smart City applications and integrates NVIDIA Cosmos to generate synthetic video data for training these models.

The initiative aims to enhance urban infrastructure and traffic management using AI and advanced video data, developed in collaboration with NVIDIA.

Participating cities will have access to a compliant dataset and fine-tuned VLM under a controlled access license model, promoting ethical standards and data protection.
