Sarah Fisher, the Executive Director of the Open Eye Gallery, expressed enthusiasm about showcasing socially engaged photography groups from across the Liverpool City Region, including this exhibition.

The 'I'll Tell You Later' exhibition will be on display from July 16 to October 25, 2025, and is free for the public to visit.

This exhibition is part of the Photo Here program, commissioned by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority through Open Eye Gallery, which aims to showcase diverse community stories.

The exhibition explores the relationship between the Deaf experience and the hearing world, emphasizing the barriers faced by D/deaf individuals.

The Happy Snappers, a group of friends who are Deaf and BSL users, enjoy capturing the beauty of Wirral's hidden locations, promoting inclusivity and community through their photography.

Emma Case, a socially engaged photographer fluent in BSL with over 20 years of experience working with the Deaf community, collaborated with the Happy Snappers on this project.
