July 12, 2025
These upgrades aim to improve user interface, ship availability, and overall graphics performance for a smoother gaming experience.
Update 14.6 for World of Warships, released on July 11, 2025, introduces a new line of U.S. destroyers in Early Access, including Tier VII Hughes, Tier VIII Osborne, Tier IX Christopher, and Tier X Burrows, all equipped with powerful 137mm guns.
Players can now access four new American destroyers ranging from Tier VII to Tier X, featuring a toggleable Smoke Generator for stealth and enhanced durability.
These new destroyers are available through bundles, a new American-themed Event Pass, and Personal Challenges, providing multiple ways for players to acquire them.
Alongside the destroyers, Update 14.6 also expands the collaboration with Blue Archive, running from July 9 to August 7, 2025, allowing players to unlock four themed ships and Commanders, and revisit content from the first wave.
Returning ships such as the BA Tirpitz and BA Montana are available, along with new combat mission chains that reward players with Special Containers, Coal, and permanent camouflages.
New combat missions provide additional rewards for participating in battles, enhancing the gameplay experience.
Quality of life improvements include updated Container interfaces, streamlined animations, batch opening options, a rotating ship system to reduce shop clutter, and WG Temporal Super Sampling for better graphics.
The update also introduces various content enhancements, including new ships, features, and the ongoing Blue Archive collaboration, marking a significant update for the game.
The Blue Archive crossover event offers limited-time access to new ships and Commanders, with the opportunity to revisit previous collaboration content.
