Re:ZERO is based on a light novel by Tappei Nagatsuki, illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka, with 44 volumes as of March 2026, published by MF Bunko J (KADOKAWA) and licensed in English by Yen Press; it began as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel and also has a manga adaptation.

Season 3 premiered in 2020, with Season 4 starting in 2024 as a split cour; Season 3’s second arc aired in February 2025.

The roundtable will feature Sho Tanaka (Re:ZERO), Rie Ogura (KONOSUBA), and Chiaki Kurakane (Bungo Stray Dogs) discussing creative processes, challenges, and future directions, with an autograph session from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the JW Marriott Gold Ballroom, Table 1.

KADOKAWA will mark its anime division’s 10th anniversary at Anime Expo 2026 with the premiere of Re:ZERO Season 4’s Recapture Arc Episode 1 and a producers roundtable, highlighted by a panel on July 3 in the JW Marriott Platinum Ballroom.

The Recapture Arc screening is part of Kadokawa’s 10th anniversary celebration at Anime Expo 2026, paired with a producer roundtable featuring creators from Re:ZERO, KONOSUBA, and Bungo Stray Dogs.

The July 3 event runs from 5:00 PM to 6:50 PM at the JW Marriott Platinum Ballroom and includes an autograph session around the same timeframe for select participants.
