Violent Soho has announced a six-date Australian headline tour surrounding their milestone certifications, kicking off with two sold-out nights in Sydney's Enmore Theatre and two in Melbourne's Forum, and wrapping with two Brisbane shows at Fortitude Music Hall.

Due to strong demand, extra shows were added in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane as the tour quickly sold out.

Additional announced dates include performances at Forum Theatre in Melbourne and Fortitude Music Hall in Fortitude Valley, with subsequent festivities planned at Castaway Festival venues and Mornington Racecourse later in the year.

The band’s work was recognized at the AIR Awards, where it won Album of the Year and Best Rock Album in 2014, highlighting its lasting impact.

The milestone is attributed to a supportive community and the album’s origins, recorded in a Brisbane shed with Bryce Moorhead in 2013.

Hungry Ghost has achieved ARIA Platinum status more than a decade after its release, solidifying its enduring popularity.

Covered in Chrome remains the band’s signature track, ranking highly on Triple J’s Hottest 100 lists.

Hungry Ghost is the band’s first Platinum-album, joining their other chart-toppers and milestones in their discography.

To celebrate milestones, Mansfield venue was temporarily renamed Mansfield Rock Arena and tickets were sold in person at two Brisbane record stores.

The setlist for celebrations includes a mix of fan favorites and anniversary tracks, with encores that span the band’s most beloved songs.

Doors open at 7:00pm for the listed venues.

Platinum certification was announced backstage at a sold-out Mansfield show, with commemorative plaques presented to the band.
