In a sample scenario, a user requested dinner ideas and ingredients, and after listing what was on hand, ChatGPT Voice proposed a recipe and used the Instacart plugin to place an order.

With plugins, Voice can perform real-time tasks by interfacing with external services during a spoken session, eliminating the need to switch between apps.

To access plugin-enabled Voice, users should select the Live voice model in Settings > Voice and ensure plugins are connected and available in Settings > Plugins to prevent interruptions.
