The operational blueprint will incorporate advanced artificial intelligence tools and digital platforms to enhance the pilgrimage experience for attendees.

AI will play a crucial role in managing crowd flow and providing personalized guidance through apps, setting new standards for pilgrimage safety and spiritual enrichment.

The initiative was announced by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, emphasizing digital innovation and multilingual support for pilgrims.

This year's strategy focuses on enhancing pilgrim-oriented services, accommodating the millions of worshippers expected during Hajj.

Specialized programs will cater to the diverse cultural and educational needs of pilgrims, highlighting Saudi Arabia's commitment to blending tradition with modern technology.

A key feature of the plan is the introduction of 'Manarah 2', a multilingual AI robot that provides real-time guidance to pilgrims, along with interactive smart screens at holy sites offering updates in over 20 languages.

Interactive multilingual smart screens will be installed at key locations to provide real-time information and assistance to pilgrims.

The plan includes a new Digital Qur’an Platform for global access to recitation resources, and the Surat Al-Fatiha App, which explains the Quran’s opening chapter in multiple languages to promote deeper spiritual engagement.

Dr. Abdulrahman Al Sudais, head of religious affairs at the Grand Mosque, emphasized that the plan is grounded in principles of compassion, tranquility, and service to ensure a high-quality experience for pilgrims.
