Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has launched new AI factory solutions in collaboration with NVIDIA, aimed at accelerating global AI adoption.

The new offerings include HPE Private Cloud AI, a turnkey solution that simplifies the creation and management of AI-ready data centers, eliminating the need for customers to build their own tech stacks.

HPE's Alletra Storage MP X10000 will provide AI-ready support for unstructured data through the integration of Model Context Protocol, enhancing data pipelines.

A key component of this launch is the HPE Compute XD690 system, which supports eight NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, designed for high-performance computing environments.

The Compute XD690 is set to enhance HPE's commitment to accelerated computing innovations for AI, becoming available in October.

HPE's new GreenLake Intelligence framework aims to automate hybrid IT operations through domain-specific AI agents, streamlining issue resolution and reducing manual tasks.

HPE's GreenLake Cloud subscription services have significantly contributed to a 47% increase in annualized revenue run rate.

Despite achieving a revenue of $7.6 billion in Q2 2025, marking a 7% year-over-year increase, HPE faced challenges including a negative free cash flow of $847 million.
