Silverline Technologies has launched Silver AI, an AI-enabled web platform with a conversational interface designed to boost productivity and strengthen indigenous tech capabilities in India’s growing AI chatbot market.

The company lays out a scalable future for Silver AI, including additional modules, workflows, integrations, and an enterprise readiness roadmap featuring templates, role-based usage, and controlled deployments to facilitate enterprise-wide adoption.

Silver AI rolled out in five rapid phases within 30 days, going live with mobile, multimodal AI, and healthcare-focused applications, all built on a private-by-design, encrypted, enterprise-ready architecture.

In Q2FY26, Silverline Technologies posted revenue from operations of Rs 100.07 crore and net profit of Rs 7.26 crore, with H1FY26 net profit at Rs 18.41 crore on Rs 200.16 crore in revenue.

The company also completed a court-approved settlement of Rs 26 crore to Apex Urban Co-operative Bank (in liquidation), reducing the original claim of Rs 35.98 crore.

Silverline operates two main verticals: agriculture trading and agricultural technology services, including farm advisory platforms, precision ag tools, IoT monitoring, weather analytics, and digital marketplaces.

Looking ahead, EBITDA margins are targeted at 25-30% within five years, with break-even around month 18, and revenue will come from SaaS subscriptions, business contracts, and AI services, including a healthcare focus.

The stock has seen negative returns over the past year but rose over 15% in the last month amid investor interest in the AI platform and potential product-led revenue opportunities.

Management highlights a five-phase, 30-day rollout and a strategic pivot toward AI-led growth, underpinned by an enterprise-ready roadmap for templates, role-based usage, and controlled deployments.

Key use cases include drafting, summarisation, rewriting, brainstorming, and producing structured outputs to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
