SK hynix Unveils 16Gb LPDDR6 DRAM to Revolutionize Mobile AI Performance

The base operating speed of the LPDDR6 chip is 10.7 gigabits per second.
SK hynix has developed a 16Gb LPDDR6 DRAM aimed at boosting on-device AI performance in mobile devices, built on a 10-nm-class sixth-generation (1c) process and has completed certification.
Power efficiency is improved by more than 20% thanks to a sub-channel architecture and Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling (DVFS).
The new memory is expected to extend battery life and enhance multitasking for users.
