Keysight Technologies launches SBOM Manager, a software solution designed to generate and manage Software Bill of Materials to meet cybersecurity regulatory requirements.

The SBOM Manager offers a unified platform to analyze binary software, firmware, containers, and components (including closed-source and embedded dependencies), continuously correlating SBOMs with multiple vulnerability sources and supporting Vulnerability Exploitability eXchange to reduce irrelevant vulnerability noise.

Ram Periakaruppan of Keysight stresses SBOMs as a global prerequisite for doing business and highlights addressing practical regulatory expansion to avoid penalties, delays, recalls, or market access issues.

Keysight announced a collaboration with Salience Labs to build an optical circuit switch testing environment, to be demonstrated at the OFC Conference, alongside news of John Page’s planned retirement as Senior VP of Global Services by fiscal year 2026 for personal reasons.
