Dubai's RTA expanded its shared digital channels as part of the Dubai Government's digital integration, adding more services across the S’hail, Dubai Now, Invest in Dubai, and Visit Dubai apps to support a connected one-government model.

The agency aims to broaden digital services and leverage artificial intelligence to enhance customer experience and reinforce Dubai’s position as a global smart-city exemplar.

Two global tech awards were granted to RTA, recognizing the Dubai app as Best Application of Tech in the Public Sector and the S’hail app as Best Mobile Tech of the Year.

An AI-powered search feature was launched to improve accessibility and user experience.

The virtual assistant Mahboub expanded to support 32 interactive digital services, while parking-related services via WhatsApp continued, with parking ticket reservations generating over Dh21.7 million in revenue.

Phase 3 of the Services 360 Plan enhanced Mahboub, increasing digital interactions and boosting the overall digital ecosystem’s efficiency.

WhatsApp offers 16 services, including parking ticket reservations, with Madinati via Mahboub using computer vision and generative AI to enable proactive services.

Dubai’s RTA processed over 628 million digital transactions in 2025, with digital revenue reaching Dh5.3 billion, up about 20% year over year.

Website services delivered 103 platforms and 11 million transactions, while four new digital platforms related to road safety, service excellence, scholarships, and sustainable transport were launched.

Overall digital transactions surpassed 628 million, with 105 digital services available across six channels and a 96% digital adoption rate.

RTA leadership highlighted progress in digital transformation toward an integrated ecosystem powered by data and AI, emphasizing predictive analytics and proactive services.

The next transformation phase will deepen AI and emerging technologies, expanding integration with government platforms to sustain sustainable mobility growth.
