Ondas is integrating Cyberhawk’s iHawk platform, backed by more than 232 terabytes of proprietary infrastructure-inspection data, to enhance its analytics, digital-twin visualization, and AI-enabled decision support across defense, security, and critical infrastructure markets.

Approximately 95% of the purchase price will be paid in cash, with Cyberhawk’s leadership reinvesting about $5 million into Ondas stock under a one-year lock-up.

Closing is anticipated in the third quarter of 2026, contingent on regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

The deal reflects a broader trend of infrastructure management converging with national security priorities, aiming to improve monitoring, continuity, and risk management while reducing the need for manual inspections.

Cyberhawk’s leadership and existing customer base are expected to bolster Ondas’ resilience, energy-security focus, and industrial-continuity capabilities in line with national-security objectives.
