RCPL distribution now exceeds 3 million outlets with over 5,000 distributors, expanding into the Northeast, West Bengal, Bihar, and other geographies, with AI helping forecast demand and optimize logistics.
Mukesh Ambani outlined modernizing fresh produce sourcing, cold-chain, and distribution, and building a garment ecosystem across 21 pan-India clusters, alongside affordable electronics production with strong customer service.
The facilities will feature modern, integrated lines spanning multiple categories and will use AI and automation to boost efficiency.
Reliance Retail, including JioMart, is expanding quick commerce to over 3,100 stores, serving more than 1,200 cities and 5,100 PIN codes, with daily orders up 3.6 times year-on-year.
To date, Rs 10,000 crore has been invested in beverage production across 12 states with greenfield bottling plants, while plans call for modern, integrated food parks with cross-category lines across biscuits, chocolates, staples, and packaged foods.
RCPL aims to reach Rs 1 lakh crore in revenue by FY2030, supported by ongoing Rs 10,000 crore of investments and expanded beverage production via high-speed bottling across 12 states.
The planned food parks are expected to strengthen RCPL’s manufacturing ecosystem, enabling globally ambitious consumer brands while driving scale to keep Indian prices affordable.
These food parks are part of Reliance’s strategy to build globally competitive Indian brands while maintaining affordability for Indian consumers through scale efficiencies.
Isha Ambani said the new RCPL facilities will be tech-enabled, leveraging AI, robotics, and automation to underpin modern, integrated multi-category production.
