LinqAlpha Secures $22M to Revolutionize Investment Strategies with AI-Driven Market Insights
July 2, 2026
LinqAlpha enables institutional teams to deploy AI agents that learn a user’s investment framework, synthesizing thousands of market signals to generate differentiated judgments ahead of consensus.
The New York–based AI company plans to use the new capital to expand its global team, deepen data integrations, and accelerate deployment of its multi-agent platform across equities, macro, credit, and multi-asset strategies.
The company argues the edge in finance is shifting from merely retrieving information to surfacing market-moving signals before they are priced in, enabling faster and more context-rich decision-making.
The funding round attracted a diverse global investor base, including SBI Investment, Z Venture Capital, Betatron Venture Group, East Ventures, SV Investment, Samsung Securities, Mirae Asset ventures, NH Investment & Securities, Shinhan Venture Investment, Hana Ventures, and NuVentures.
The round was oversubscribed, with participation from strategic financial institutions and ventures across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including multiple regional investment groups.
Investors span international players such as SBI Investment and Z Venture Capital (Japan), Betatron Venture Group, East Ventures, SV Investment (Southeast Asia and Hong Kong), Samsung Securities, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, Mirae Asset Capital, NH Investment & Securities, Shinhan Venture Investment, Hana Ventures (South Korea), and NuVentures (India).
Founders are Jacob Choi, Subeen Pang, Jin Kim, and Hojun Choi, combining Goldman Sachs experience with MIT PhDs to build LinqAlpha.
The team includes former Goldman Sachs analysts and MIT computer science PhDs, driving rapid adoption across more than 70 financial institutions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
LinqAlpha announced a $22 million Series A led by AVP, Atinum Investment, and GFT Ventures, with participation from a broad global syndicate of strategic investors.
The Series A supports building the Alpha Intelligence Layer for global public markets, backed by anchors AVP, Atinum Investment, and GFT Ventures and wider strategic participation.
Co-founders Hojun Choi and Jacob Choi say the product enables agents to reason within a thesis history and evolve with feedback and market conditions, while an AVP executive highlights rewarding speed, context, and proprietary judgment.
Since launch, LinqAlpha has onboarded over 70 financial institutions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including buy-side and sell-side clients with more than $5 trillion in assets under management.
