M42 Group was formed in 2023 from G42 Healthcare and Mubadala Health and today runs more than 480 facilities across 27 countries.

M42’s Global Patient Care platform serves roughly 15 million patients annually, with a portfolio that includes Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Diaverum.

The company is building AI tools and digital health solutions to support clinical decisions and patient care, while navigating the opportunities and challenges of patient data and predictive medicine.

A core aim is to shift from reactive treatment to proactive prevention by identifying health risks before symptoms appear, leveraging the Emirati Genome Programme for personalized medicine in the UAE.
