Despite earlier reports suggesting the cancellation of its augmented reality (AR) glasses, Apple is reportedly still in the development phase of a new type of smart glasses.

Mark Gurman from Bloomberg noted that the new smart glasses are likely to resemble Meta's Ray-Ban collaboration, rather than offering full AR capabilities.

The design of the glasses is anticipated to focus on technology integration while avoiding photography features, as Apple remains cautious about privacy concerns.
