Former chief prosecutor Shane Drumgold accused Reynolds of coaching the defence in the trial of Brittany Higgins and Bruce Lehrmann.
The settlement includes $70,000 in damages, $20,000 for legal fees, a formal apology, and a retraction of allegations against Reynolds.
Reynolds has had five successful legal actions, with another case involving Brittany Higgins and David Sharaz still ongoing.
Shane Drumgold has filed a legal claim against the inquiry report that led to the allegations.
