Compromised information includes names, birth dates, emails, IPs, passwords, phone numbers, and postal addresses.

The incident occurred in February, and while passwords were encrypted, a mandatory password reset has been implemented.

SurveyLama is urging users to be vigilant about potential phishing emails and to change passwords on other services sharing the same credentials.
