Windows 11 23H3 Update Rolls Out: 29 Fixes, New Features, and 60 Security Patches

Microsoft issued the KB5036893 update for Windows 11 23H3 on April 9, 2024, bundling 29 fixes and enabling Moment 5 features.
The update encompasses the April 2024 Patch Tuesday security fixes, addressing 60 vulnerabilities.
It is available through Windows Update or the Microsoft Update Catalog, updating Windows 11 23H2 to build 22631.3447 and 22H2 to 22621.3447.
New enhancements include Windows Spotlight for desktop and additional lock screen information, alongside improvements to Windows Hello for Business and other system functionalities.
Despite the extensive update, two known issues remain unresolved, while incorporating fixes from the prior KB5035941 preview release.
