An Iranian cyber group, Handala, has claimed responsibility for sending half a million threatening texts to Israelis.

The messages encouraged citizens to dissent against their own government and to support Iran.

Additionally, Handala asserts they have compromised Israel's radar systems.

Israeli officials have yet to confirm the veracity of these cyber-attacks.

The incident is causing unease amidst recent Iranian drone and missile attacks on Israel.
