September 17, 2025
Registration for Malaysian teams is open until September 29, 2025, through the Predator Gaming Malaysia Facebook and Instagram pages.
The event aims to showcase high-level esports, national pride, and community spirit, driven by Acer Malaysia.
Acer Malaysia has opened registration for the Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 local qualifiers, inviting esports teams to compete in Dota 2 and VALORANT.
The national champions will go on to represent Malaysia at the regional finals in India in January 2026, competing for a USD 400,000 prize pool and the Predator Shield.
Since 2018, the Predator League has expanded to over fifteen countries, distributing more than USD 2.15 million in prize money and fostering regional esports talent.
Malaysia has a proud esports history, having previously won the Predator Shield in its first year and again during its sixth edition earlier this year.
The Malaysian qualifiers will be held at Sunway Pyramid on November 15-16, 2025, with winners earning the title of national champion and a share of RM80,000 in prizes.
Andrew Hou, President of Acer Pan Asia Pacific, emphasized that the Predator League promotes community, culture, creativity, and friendly competition in gaming.
Acer actively supports esports through initiatives like a theme song and animated series featuring Predator characters.
