The Yeah Yeah Yeahs released Hidden in Pieces Live at the Royal Albert Hall, available digitally today with physical copies arriving later this year, and a concert film directed by Barnaby Clay streaming on Criterion Channel with upcoming theatrical screenings.

The live album spans 13 main tracks plus two San Diego performances, with reimagined versions of staples like Maps, Zero, and Spitting Off The Edge Of The World highlighted among others.

Screening details for double-feature events and standalone Hidden in Pieces showings are planned in cities including London, Melbourne, Sydney, New York, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Tokyo, with dates in September 2026.

Band member Nick Zinner says he felt guided on guitar during the performance, and the tour shows were described as extraordinarily vulnerable by the band.

Frontwoman Karen O recalled the Royal Albert Hall moment as the point when the performance clicked, per Consequence.

The live arrangements were developed quickly at Sonic Ranch, Texas, and the performance conveyed vulnerability and a spiritual influence, including an ode to David Lynch following his passing.
