Borussia Dortmund is finalizing a move for PAOK’s 23-year-old attacking midfielder Giannis Konstantelias, with the transfer drawing major protests from PAOK fans in Thessaloniki and near the club president’s office as negotiations progress.

Dortmund are reported to have agreed a guaranteed fee in the €25–27 million range, potentially rising above €30 million with add-ons.
