India's gaming industry is poised for significant growth with the launch of FAU-G Bharat League 2.0, an esports tournament backed by nCore Games, Leverage, and NODWIN Gaming, featuring a Rs 50 lakh prize pool to promote Indian-made titles and nurture grassroots talent.
Participants in FBL 2.0 can win a variety of prizes, including cash, exclusive rewards like an all-expenses-paid trip to London with visits to top universities and game studios, as well as personalized career counseling, English language training, and health coaching from GOQii.
FBL 2.0 is designed to be fully compliant with India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROGA), emphasizing skill-based competitions and promoting physical skill development.
The tournament has a significantly increased prize pool of Rs 50 lakh, up from Rs 3 lakh in its first edition, with matches starting at the state level and advancing to national and international stages, featuring tiers like Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titan.
