Gothic Life Sim 'Moonlight Peaks' Enchants with Supernatural Farming and Romance on PS5 This November
October 27, 2026
Moonlight Peaks is a gothic life sim where players, offspring of Count Dracula, settle into a Moonlight Peaks town inhabited by werewolves, witches, mermaids, and other night creatures, focusing on farming, customization, and relationships.
Gameplay blends supernatural farming, housing customization, and narrative exploration, with activities like shapeshifting, spellcraft, potion-crafting, embroidery, flower arranging, fishing, foraging, and a card game called Nokturna.
Players can customize vampire personas, uncover the town’s seven families, and pursue romance from among roughly two dozen potential partners in a story-driven setting.
Aesthetics include an optional J-Anime Style portrait overhaul by Japanese artists Oguchi and T-TRACK, enhancing the visual presentation.
The PlayStation 5 version adds quality-of-life improvements that have already rolled out on other platforms since launch.
Moonlight Peaks has been well-received critically and commercially, with PC Metacritic around 81, Steam user score near 88%, and sales surpassing 300,000 copies.
Moonlight Peaks released on PC, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and Android earlier this year and is slated to arrive on PlayStation 5 in mid-November 2026.
Since its initial July release, the game has sold over 300,000 copies, reflecting strong early performance.
The game is developed by Little Chicken Game Company and published by XSEED Games.
Moonlight Peaks is a single-player title rated 12+, with multilingual subtitle support including Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, English, and German.
The game offers a J-Anime Style option for portraits, with artwork contributed by Oguchi and T-TRACK.
The premise centers on the grown-up progeny of Count Dracula proving that a compassionate undead life is possible within a town of supernatural residents.
