In Stuttgart, Julien Epaillard clinched victory in the CSI5*-W show jumping at the German Masters, piloting Donatello d’Auge to a clean ride in the jump-off and clocking 31.39 seconds to edge out the competition.

Bas Moerings of the Netherlands claimed third place aboard Kivinia with a clear round in 34.05 seconds, marking a tight fight for the podium.

In dressage, Jessica von Bredow-Werndl won the Grand Prix with 73.261% on Diallo, earning a World Cup qualification; Patrick Kittel was second on Touchdown and Raphael Netz third on Camelot.

The Stuttgart show featured Epaillard again winning the 105,500 euro show jumping competition on Donatello d’Auge, delivering a clean 31.39-second jump-off ride.

Philipp Schulze Topphoff won the second qualification on Carla with a clear round in 68.47 seconds in the 30,000 euro event, with Epaillard, Fringar, and Roger Yves Bost following in close sequence.

Epaillard’s win came in a high-risk, high-speed jump-off performance in Stuttgart’s DVAG-presented CSI5*-W.

Richard Vogel set the early target in the jump-off with Cloudio, posting 32.96 seconds as the first clear round, before Epaillard surpassed it for the win.

The event drew about 8,000 spectators to the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, underscoring Stuttgart’s strong turnout for the CSI5*-W competition.

Peder Fredricson winged SV Vroom de la Pomme Z to fourth with 34.27 seconds, followed by Hinners in fifth on Lommers in 34.62 seconds.

Sophie Hinners of Pfungstadt finished fifth aboard Lommers, while Daniel Deusser (Belgium-based) took sixth on Pepita, both delivering clear rounds.
