TGL Debuts High-Tech Golf Experience with Full Swing Kit, Endorsed by Tiger Woods
March 26, 2025
TGL has integrated cutting-edge technology from Full Swing Kit and TopTracer to create an immersive outdoor golf experience at its SoFi Center.
This innovative system takes into account the aerodynamic properties of various golf balls, significantly improving the accuracy of ball behavior predictions based on the specific ball each player uses.
While the Full Swing Kit may not provide all the professional-level details for home users, it allows them to access some of the advanced technology showcased at TGL.
Using TopTracer cameras, the system tracks the ball's flight path over 35 yards, accurately determining where the ball would have landed if the screen were not present.
Andrew McCaulay, TGL's Chief Technology Officer, highlighted the aim of the technology to enable players to hit shots from any lie and location.
The Full Swing Kit Launch Monitor, which retails for $4,999, offers 16 data points and video feedback, and has received endorsement from golf legend Tiger Woods.
Equipped with advanced radar technology and a heads-up display, the Full Swing Kit provides immediate performance insights and is designed for portability and easy setup.
The inaugural season of TGL wrapped up on March 25, 2025, with the Atlanta Drive triumphing over the New York Golf Club to win the SoFi Cup.
