Clinical data presented at Digestive Disease Week 2025 validated the platform's AI models, demonstrating their ability to accurately identify molecular signatures linked to progressive chronic diseases.

CEO Dr. Ritish Patnaik emphasized the importance of understanding how molecular signals interact throughout the body, with the goal of extending healthspan through molecular intelligence.

The platform is designed to shift chronic disease management from reactive to proactive, providing early warnings, precise treatment monitoring, and insights for longevity and health maintenance.

Curve’s technology connects tissue molecular patterns to circulating blood DNA fragments, enabling early detection of organ health issues and disease activity before symptoms manifest.

The company plans to continue clinical validation, share more details soon, and aims to establish biology-anchored intelligence as a standard in chronic disease care.

The Whole-Body Atlas platform is built on data from over 400,000 tissue samples linked to organ types and disease states, utilizing AI models trained on tissue-level data to interpret biological signals in blood.

The recent funding was led by Luma Group with participation from several venture firms, reflecting strong investor confidence in the platform’s market potential.

The leadership team includes renowned scientists, including Stanford professor Shan Wang, a molecular diagnostics expert and scientific founder, bringing significant expertise to the company.
