Service Provider Centres will be closed on December 1–2 and resume regular hours on December 3.
Dubai will offer three days of free public parking during Eid Al Etihad holiday, covering Sunday, November 30, and Monday and Tuesday, December 1–2, with parking fees resuming on Wednesday, December 3.
Commuters should check the S’hail app for any changes to public buses and marine transport during the holiday period.
ITC Customer Happiness Centres will be closed December 2–5, with online channels and 24/7 support available.
Transit services are tweaking schedules for the holiday, with extended timings for both the Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram to facilitate travel amid nationwide celebrations.
Permanent toll exemptions apply to ambulances, armed forces and civil defense vehicles with official plates, public buses, motorcycles, licensed public taxis, authorized school buses, and designated passenger buses within certain capacity limits.
Drivers should park only in designated areas, avoid prohibited zones, and not obstruct traffic, especially in residential areas from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Darb toll gates will be suspended during the holiday period, with tolls resuming during peak hours on the return day.
Public bus services will follow a weekend/holiday schedule, with extra trips to support access to the Sheikh Zayed Festival and additional regional/intercity routes.
