FC Cincinnati has secured their spot in the 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs for the fourth consecutive year with a 2-1 win over Nashville SC.

Currently sitting second in the Eastern Conference with 55 points from 17 wins, 9 losses, and 4 draws, FC Cincinnati is aiming to finish in the top four to secure home-field advantage in the playoffs.

They are also third in the Supporters' Shield race and have a chance to win the league's regular-season title for the second time in three years, with four games remaining.

The 2025 MLS Cup, presented by Audi, will take place on December 6, with playoffs beginning October 22, featuring Wild Card matches and a Round One Best-of-3 Series for the top seven seeds in each conference.

Led by coach Pat Noonan, FC Cincinnati is aiming to win its first MLS Cup.

Key players include Evander, a Brazilian midfielder with 17 goals and 10 assists, and Kévin Denkey, who has scored 13 goals and provided one assist since winter.

USMNT center back Miles Robinson was named a 2025 MLS All-Star alongside Evander, and Brazilian striker Brenner returned on loan from Udinese during transfer deadline day.
