The NBA has fined Philadelphia 76ers coach Nick Nurse and guard Kelly Oubre Jr. $50,000 each for inappropriate conduct towards game officials.

The fines were a result of reactions to a non-call on a potential game-winning play by Oubre, who believed he was fouled by the LA Clippers.

Referee Kevin Scott admitted postgame that a foul should have been called, aligning with the 76ers' stance on the missed call.

Kelly Oubre Jr. has apologized for his behavior, which included verbal abuse and an obscene gesture, and recognized the necessity for personal improvement.

The Philadelphia 76ers, currently the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 39-34 record, are pushing to secure a playoff spot without star Joel Embiid, who they hope to have back before the Play-In Tournament.
