Indiana University is set to kick off the 2025-26 season with a refurbished court at Assembly Hall, a historic venue that has hosted three NCAA championship teams and recently underwent renovations thanks to a generous donation from alumna Cindy Simon Skjodt.

The university has appointed Darian DeVries as the new head coach in March 2025, marking a fresh start after Mike Woodson's departure, with DeVries bringing experience from West Virginia and Drake, where he led the team to three NCAA tournaments.

The team's roster has seen significant changes, losing its top four scorers from last season to graduation or transfer, but redshirt senior Tucker DeVries, a two-time MVC Player of the Year at Drake, is expected to lead the offense.

Indiana finished the 2024-25 season with a 19-13 record but failed to qualify for the NCAA tournament, extending their drought since their last Sweet 16 appearance in 2015-16.
