ASML invited Elon Musk to address its employees at an internal session about Terafab, a SpaceX-Tesla joint venture aimed at producing advanced chips for robotics, artificial intelligence and space data centers.

Musk will virtually participate in a closed-door ASML technology conference to discuss Terafab, which ASML calls a serious, forward-looking initiative.

During the event, Musk is expected to share his vision on AI, robotics, space and semiconductor manufacturing, per a Bloomberg-reported statement from an ASML spokesperson.

ASML remains a leading supplier of advanced lithography machines, with major customers including TSMC and Samsung.

Terafab was unveiled in March with plans to build a U.S. chip factory costing at least $55 billion.

SpaceX’s broader fundraising and business plan reportedly relies on deploying up to a million orbital data centers, a scale Musk says will require substantial chip production from Terafab.
