Vev Acquires TIME's SITES, Gains Marc Benioff as Investor in $7M Expansion Drive

Founded in 2017 by Tine Karlsen and Nicolay Thafvelin, Vev enables organizations to create interactive content and websites without extensive coding, significantly reducing costs and time-to-market by up to 90%.
SITES, which was acquired by TIME in 2022, assists business users in quickly creating personalized customer experiences.
Vev, a Norwegian no-code design platform, has acquired TIME's website builder, now rebranded as SITES, which enhances its offerings in digital content creation.
As part of the acquisition deal, Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce and owner of TIME, has acquired a stake in Vev.
Following the acquisition, Kristina Valkanoff from SITES will join Vev as the Country Manager for the U.S., spearheading expansion efforts.
