Cashfeed Secures €1.3M to Revolutionize Digital Invoicing in Belgium and Beyond
July 10, 2025
Cashfeed's system automatically collects invoices from multiple sources, facilitates payments through familiar platforms like Teams or Slack, and automatically follows up on unpaid invoices, significantly reducing manual effort.
Since its launch in March, Cashfeed has rapidly grown to serve over 350 clients, processed more than 35,000 invoices, and expanded its team to seven employees.
The company has formed a strategic partnership with Baker Tilly, which is testing the platform with its clients and considers it a valuable asset in their digital transformation journey.
The funding round was led by Pitchdrive, with support from StarApps and VLAIO, and will focus on product development to ensure compliance with Belgium’s 2026 e-invoicing mandate.
The platform benefits both business owners and accountants by automating invoice scanning, matching invoices with accounting data, and integrating with software like Exact Online, enabling faster financial closings.
Cashfeed, a Ghent-based AI-powered invoicing platform, has secured €1.3 million in funding to innovate digital invoicing in Belgium, aiming to meet the 2026 mandatory e-invoicing regulation and expand across Europe by 2030.
Led by co-founder Stijn Heuninck, Cashfeed plans to establish itself as the leading invoicing solution in Belgium and leverage upcoming ViDA regulations to fuel its growth into other European markets.
Cashfeed aims to capitalize on a market gap created by outdated and non-automated invoicing solutions with its comprehensive AI software that automates the entire invoicing workflow.
