The competition, hosted by TiE Boston at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, involved 23 applicants and culminated in six finalists who received cash prizes, mentorship, and global exposure.

Lo’s startup, p!ng, focuses on improving workplace communication by reducing digital fatigue and boosting productivity and mental well-being through AI technology.

First runner-up Jamie Gong of CareHero presented an AI platform supporting family caregivers, while second runner-up Sophia Letcher of Entocellular proposed sustainable food production using insect cell cultures.

Jane Lo, founder of the AI-powered workplace messaging startup p!ng, secured victory at the 2025 TiE Women Boston Pitch Competition, which is part of the TiE University Final held in Boston.
