Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii has been named in the 34-man Wallabies squad for the upcoming spring tour of the UK, marking his return to rugby after transitioning from the NRL.

The 21-year-old rugby league star is set to make his Wallabies debut during the end-of-season tour, which includes Tests against England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland.

The tour will feature matches over four consecutive weekends in November 2024, starting with a clash against England at Twickenham.

Coach Joe Schmidt has opted to include Suaalii in the main Wallabies squad rather than the Australia XV, which will also be touring the UK.

The squad includes newcomers such as flyhalf Tane Edmed and uncapped winger Harry Potter, highlighting a blend of youth and experience.

Schmidt noted that the squad has been rejuvenated, with new players being integrated during this important tour.

This squad features five new players from the Rugby Championship, alongside returning participants from the 2023 Rugby World Cup, including Samu Kerevi and Will Skelton.
