Australian Federal Police officer William Wheatley is charged with the theft of 81.62 Bitcoins from a seized hardware wallet, valued at $4.2 million.

Detective Sergeant Deon Achtypis employed advanced crypto-tracking technology to link the stolen Bitcoins to Wheatley's online activities.

Wheatley has been suspended and denies the allegations, but the transaction tracking software casts doubt on his innocence.
