Disney World and Disneyland are revising the Disability Access Service (DAS) starting May 20 and June 18, respectively.

Guests with disabilities will need to schedule ride return times through a virtual chat or in person at guest relations.

The DAS card will now be linked to the duration of the park ticket, with a maximum validity of 120 days.

Guests found to be falsifying disability claims will face a permanent ban from the parks.

The changes to the DAS program are part of Disney's effort to reduce system abuse and enhance the experience for all visitors, including those with disabilities.
