Warner Bros. and James Gunn have debuted David Corenswet as the new Superman in 'Superman: Legacy', replacing Henry Cavill.

The film features a star-studded cast including Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor.

James Gunn confirmed the released Superman image is authentic, not AI-generated, and the suit design might change based on audience feedback.

Gunn is also working on a Batman film and an animated HBO Max series, 'Creature Commandos'.

'Superman: Legacy' is part of a broader Warner Bros. Discovery initiative to revitalize the DC universe, with a release date set for July 11, 2025.
