Ronan Keating will host BBC One’s New Year’s Eve celebration, Ronan Keating And Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party, featuring performances of his hits and guest appearances.

Keating rose to fame with Boyzone in 1993 and has enjoyed solo hits such as When You Say Nothing At All and Life Is a Rollercoaster.

The event highlights 25 years since his debut solo album Ronan, with a deluxe anniversary edition noted.

Keating is presented as a global music figure with over 20 million solo records sold and enduring hits.

BBC Studios is producing a 2x30 minute music special for BBC One and BBC iPlayer focused on Keating’s hosting and performance.

The show will culminate with London’s midnight fireworks and the nationwide countdown, continuing celebrations into 2026.
