Although she initially planned a major tour following the album's release, Lopez canceled it to prioritize time with family after filing for divorce from Affleck in April 2024.

She is also starring in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical 'Kiss of the Spider Woman,' which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2025 and has sparked Oscar nomination discussions for her performance.

In addition to hosting, Lopez will perform at the event, showcasing her unique blend of music, dance, and visual spectacle.

This year's AMAs will air on Memorial Day, honoring U.S. troops and veterans with special performances, a shift from its previous January, February, and October-November dates.

Lopez has announced her 'Up All Night Live In 2025' tour, featuring concerts in multiple Spanish cities in July, marking her return to the Spanish stage after six years.
